How to cope up with it?

· Seek medical treatment fro professional doctors
· Open up your feelings, share your problems with a friend, relative or even your management.
· Putting your feelings into words is a healing process that presents your mind from trying to deny the reality of the problem or loss and hence leaving this unresolved.
· Avoid the sense of false pride while depressed.
· Contend with feelings of low self-esteem while fighting depression.
